ATLANT 3D Launches NANOFABRICATOR PRO for AI Materials Discovery
ATLANT 3D announced in a press release the launch of NANOFABRICATOR PRO, a physical platform for materials discovery using AI.
The system connects computational materials design with programmable atomic scale fabrication, experimental validation, and device prototyping. It uses ATLANT 3D's Direct Atomic Layer Processing technology, known as DALP, for applications in semiconductors, advanced packaging, quantum technologies, and other materials research.
Automated Industrial Robotics manufactures the platform in the US. ATLANT 3D said the system is compliant with SEMI standards and is intended for advanced semiconductor manufacturing workflows.
