AppOmni Expands SaaS Security Platform to Address AI Risks
AppOmni has expanded its platform to address the growing security risks associated with artificial intelligence and SaaS applications, announced in a press release. The enhancements include the ability to identify both sanctioned and unsanctioned AI applications, including those embedded within SaaS platforms, and offer enhanced threat detection capabilities.
The updated platform now supports 30 new applications, such as Anthropic, ChatGPT Enterprise, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco Secure Access, Claude, Gong, and OpenAI. AppOmni has also introduced three new product packages tailored to different stages of SaaS security maturity: Foundations, Advanced, and Enterprise. These packages are designed to help organizations discover shadow SaaS and AI, manage app users and permissions, and detect threats and anomalous activities.
AppOmni is offering a 90-day free trial of the Foundations package, which includes a free SaaS and AI Attack Surface Assessment. This initiative aims to equip enterprises with comprehensive controls for the safe usage of AI applications, ensuring full visibility and protection against potential security threats.
