Applied Intuition to Supply Vehicle OS for Nissan AI Vehicles
Applied Intuition said in a press release that it will provide Vehicle OS and AI software development tools to Nissan. The software will support Nissan's next scalable and open platform for software defined vehicles.
Applied Intuition teams in Japan and Silicon Valley will work with Nissan engineers in Japan. The companies will use a common software platform across multiple powertrains, with tools designed to simplify hardware integration and software workflows.
The expanded agreement builds on a partnership that began in 2020, when Nissan adopted Applied Intuition's simulation technology. The work now extends beyond simulation to vehicle operating systems and software designed around AI.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
