Appleton Partners Selects Mili for Advisor Workflows
Boston-based investment advisory firm Appleton Partners has selected Mili as its AI platform for private client workflows, announced in a press release. The firm, which manages $12.5 billion in client assets, evaluated several AI tools before choosing Mili for its integration with Salesforce and its ability to automate key advisor tasks.
Appleton's wealth management team now uses Mili to prepare for client reviews, capture real time notes, update Salesforce with client data, and draft follow-up correspondence. According to the company, the platform has reduced the time advisors spend on administrative tasks.
