Altair has announced the release of HPCWorks 2026, featuring improved GPU integration, expanded AI and machine learning tools, and support for hybrid quantum-classical workflows.

Altair has announced major upgrades to its HPC and cloud platform with the release of HPCWorks 2026, according to a press release. The new version introduces enhanced GPU integration, expanded AI and machine learning tools, and improved reporting features for optimizing high-performance computing environments.

HPCWorks 2026 adds Jupyter Notebook integration to support AI and machine learning model training. The update also includes an improved Kubernetes connector and tools for efficient GPU discovery and optimization, designed to handle data-intensive workloads.

The platform now enables hybrid quantum-classical workflows, allowing users to run simulations for complex pattern detection, such as fraud detection. Additional improvements include expanded cluster dashboards and tighter integration with other Altair solver and data analytics tools.
