AiGent Appoints Bill Larkins as CTO to Lead AI-Powered Grid Innovations
AiGent, Inc. has appointed Bill Larkins as its new Chief Technology Officer, as announced in a press release. Larkins, who has over 30 years of experience in technology and engineering, will lead the design and development of AiGent's AI technology platform. He will also provide strategic guidance as a board director.
Larkins is known for his work in developing a patented hardware and software platform for EnerNOC, Inc., which automated the dispatch of distributed generation to deliver grid services. His expertise in software, electrical engineering, and data science will be pivotal in advancing AiGent's mission to integrate AI into distributed power plants (DPPs).
Stephanie Hendricks, CEO of AiGent, expressed confidence in Larkins' ability to drive innovation and address the challenges of electricity supply and demand imbalances. Larkins himself is eager to apply a modern, full-stack approach to AI and machine learning to enhance the reliability and sustainability of electricity resources.
