Accrete Wins Marine Corps Contract for Argus AI Agents
Accrete announced in a press release that the US Marine Corps awarded it a sole source contract to deliver Argus for Cognitive Advantage. The contract will license Accrete's Expert AI Agents to support analysis of narratives and information activity across open source data.
Argus for Cognitive Advantage tracks, analyzes, and visualizes narratives across sources including the open web, social media, broadcast media, messaging platforms, and foreign language outlets. The system includes video analysis that can transcribe and translate speech, detect objects and scenes, infer location cues, and make clips searchable.
Accrete said the product also includes narrative intelligence, audience simulation, automated measures of effectiveness, translation and transcription across 243 languages, and a chat interface for analysts to query data in plain language. The company first deployed Argus with the Department of War in 2022 and received a U.S. Army contract in 2024 for information operations work.
