4iG Group and Elisa Polystar Expand AI Network Monitoring in Hungary
4iG Group has expanded its strategic partnership with Elisa Polystar to implement a new AI-enabled network service monitoring system at One Hungary. Announced in a press release, this initiative aims to enhance service reliability and efficiency for customers by providing real-time visibility across the entire network infrastructure.
The new system builds on previous collaborations between the two companies, including an automated network monitoring system introduced at the former Vodafone Hungary. The deployment will cover core network elements and mobile access components, enabling rapid detection and resolution of errors and performance issues, often before customers are affected.
This project is part of 4iG Group's broader digital transformation strategy and is set to begin immediately, with the goal of improving network reliability and performance in time for the summer 2026 festival and roaming season. The system also lays the groundwork for future developments in AI and machine learning, which will further enhance network operations by automatically detecting anomalies and potential security threats.
