3CLogic and Glidefast Consulting Expand Partnership for ServiceNow Solutions
3CLogic has announced an expanded partnership with Glidefast Consulting to deliver integrated contact center solutions for ServiceNow, announced in a press release. As part of this new distribution agreement, Glidefast will serve as an official reseller of 3CLogic's AI and Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS) offerings.
This collaboration aims to enhance ServiceNow's CRM and industry workflows by providing a fully integrated voice solution. The partnership comes as ServiceNow focuses on front-office transformation, emphasizing the importance of voice as a critical channel for customer engagement and service delivery.
3CLogic's ServiceNow-certified solutions incorporate intelligent Voice AI, call routing, real-time transcriptions, and AI-powered speech analytics directly into ServiceNow's workflows. This integration is designed to streamline operations, reduce data silos, and lower operating costs, ultimately providing a more unified customer experience.
Glidefast will offer 3CLogic's solutions globally, alongside its full suite of ServiceNow services, to help clients accelerate deployment timelines and reduce implementation complexity. Both companies will showcase their latest capabilities at ServiceNow's upcoming annual conference, Knowledge 25.
