Nimble Gravity has acquired Fog Solutions, enhancing its capabilities in AI and data solutions, according to a press release.

Nimble Gravity has acquired Fog Solutions, a move that enhances its capabilities in AI and data solutions, announced in a press release. This acquisition adds 50 data and AI experts to Nimble Gravity's team, increasing its global headcount to approximately 250.

Fog Solutions is recognized for its expertise in Microsoft Azure and Databricks, and its agile delivery of AI-enabled and cloud data solutions. The acquisition aims to strengthen Nimble Gravity's ability to serve corporate clients and private equity investors by embedding data and AI into core business strategies.

Tony Aug, CEO of Nimble Gravity, stated that the addition of Fog Solutions positions the company to help clients unlock the full value of their data. Matt Jackson, CEO of Fog Solutions, expressed that joining Nimble Gravity allows them to bring their technical depth to a broader client base while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

This acquisition marks Nimble Gravity's third, following its recent integrations of iGerencia and mDEVZ, further solidifying its position in the AI-driven strategy and execution market.
