Zipline Launches ZipCoach for Store Performance Coaching
Zipline announced in a press release the launch of ZipCoach, an AI capability that analyzes store data and recommends coaching actions for field leaders and managers.
ZipCoach examines more than 300 performance, operational and behavioral signals, along with external variables and business results. It identifies factors associated with performance at each store and creates prioritized action plans that leaders can apply within Zipline.
The capability is embedded in Zipline's retail operations platform, which also handles communications, tasks, training and performance information. ZipCoach measures the results of completed actions and uses those results to refine later recommendations.
