Zingage Integrates AI Agents with HHAeXchange Network
Zingage has integrated its AI agents with HHAeXchange through the HHAeXchange Partner Connect program, announced in a press release. The integration connects Zingage’s platform with a network of more than 32,000 home care providers across the United States.
The Zingage platform automates scheduling, phone operations, and compliance functions for home care agencies. Its AI agents manage inbound and outbound calls in multiple languages, handle shift booking and scheduling with HHAeXchange write-back, verify electronic visit records, and produce audit-ready documentation. They also assist with recruiting, lead intake, and caregiver retention through automated performance management.
Agencies using Zingage have reported reductions in staffing costs of up to 82 percent and compliance rate increases of 40 percent within six weeks. The company currently serves more than 500 agencies nationwide and maintains partnerships with Anthropic and ElevenLabs to support its AI technology.
Zingage CEO Victor Hunt presented the integration at the Care Forward NY Customer Summit on April 23, where HHAeXchange President Stephen Vaccaro introduced Zingage as a new Partner Connect platform option for home care providers.
