Zenoti Launches Predictive Intelligence for Beauty and Wellness Operators
Zenoti has launched Predictive Intelligence, an AI suite for beauty and wellness businesses, the company said in a press release.
The suite includes three predictive agents: Retention Risk, Staffing, and Inventory. Retention Risk identifies valuable guests who may stop returning, Staffing matches labor plans to expected demand, and Inventory forecasts demand to help avoid stockouts.
Zenoti said the system uses data from across business operations to support its predictions. The company said the tools are intended for operators across more than 30,000 businesses using its platform.
