Xtalks Plans Webinar on AI for Antibody Process Optimization

Xtalks will host a free webinar on October 28 about high throughput antibody workflows and data integration for AI based process optimization, the organization said in a press release. The event will begin at 1 p.m. EDT.

The speakers will discuss automation across antibody expression, purification, analytics and data capture. One laboratory cited in the announcement reduced hands on purification time and labor by about 80 percent after adding an automated protein purification system, while increasing throughput from one run per day to three.

Jakki Mabry, a purification scientist at Axio BioPharma, and Rudy Zhao, senior global product manager at GenScript Biotech Corporation, will lead the session. They will also cover ways to connect process data generated by pharmaceutical sponsors and manufacturing partners without replacing their existing systems.
