XNRGY Secures Investment from Decarbonization Partners, Climate Investment, and Activate Capital
XNRGY Climate Solutions announced growth equity financing from Decarbonization Partners, Climate Investment, and Activate Capital in a press release. The funding will support the company's expansion of U.S. manufacturing operations and accelerate the rollout of its sustainable cooling technologies for data centers and other critical infrastructure.
Decarbonization Partners, a joint venture between BlackRock and Temasek, joins Climate Investment and Activate Capital in backing XNRGY’s next phase of growth. The investment follows previous funding from Idealist Capital and MKB, who remain shareholders. This marks Activate Capital’s second investment in XNRGY this year.
XNRGY designs high-efficiency liquid and air-cooling systems with integrated controls and AI capabilities, aimed at meeting the demands of hyperscale data centers. The company recently began construction of Mesa 2, a 330,000-square-foot facility in Arizona dedicated to producing next-generation air-cooled chillers, expanding its total operational footprint in North America to nearly one million square feet.
