Workday and Randstad have announced a strategic partnership to transform the hiring process using artificial intelligence, announced in a press release. This collaboration integrates Workday's AI-driven Recruiting Agent with Randstad's extensive talent network, aiming to connect recruiters with top talent more efficiently.
The partnership leverages Workday's Recruiting Agent, powered by Illuminate, to act as an intelligent coach for recruiters. It surfaces qualified leads from past applicants, internal databases, and Randstad's talent network, reducing the time spent on resume sifting. This integration is designed to make hiring faster and smarter, improving business outcomes by reducing time-to-fill and enhancing application rates.
Workday's Recruiting Agent processed over 700,000 job requisitions in 2024, increasing recruiting capacity by an average of 54%. With Randstad's network, recruiters gain access to a vast pool of qualified professionals, enabling faster hiring and greater agility. The integrated solution is currently available to Workday Recruiting Agent customers in the U.S., with plans for broader availability in the future.
