Woodforest National Bank Adopts Zelus SNAP Automation Platform
Woodforest National Bank has signed an agreement with Zelus Automation for the deployment of Zelus's SNAP automation platform across its retail banking network, announced in a press release. The implementation will cover nearly 740 branches in 17 states, enhancing automation across operations.
The partnership will integrate SNAP with Woodforest’s upcoming move to Jack Henry’s SilverLake System, allowing the bank to automate its internal processes without adding complexity to its technology setup. The system alignment is expected to help streamline workflows across the bank’s community operations.
According to the announcement, the rollout of the SNAP platform is expected to begin in the coming months. Woodforest operates from its headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas, and employs around 4,300 associates across the United States.
