wexler.ai has raised $5.3 million in a seed round led by Pear VC to launch Wexler Real-Time, a real-time legal fact-checking feature for complex litigation.

wexler.ai has raised $5.3 million in a seed funding round led by Pear VC, with participation from Seedcamp, The LegalTech Fund, and Myriad Venture Partners. This funding supports the launch of Wexler Real-Time, a new feature that provides real-time legal fact-checking during depositions and hearings, announced in a press release.

The Wexler Real-Time feature is part of wexler.ai's fact intelligence platform, which is already utilized by top global law firms to build chronologies, query extensive case materials, and identify key inconsistencies. The platform's new capability flags false or inconsistent testimony as it occurs, enhancing the accuracy and speed of legal proceedings.

Since its pre-seed round in 2024, wexler.ai has significantly grown its annual recurring revenue and reduced manual review time by at least 75%. The platform is now adopted by major law firms such as HSF Kramer, Goodwin Procter, and Addleshaw Goddard, with Clifford Chance embedding it across its dispute resolution practice. The new funding will accelerate product development, expand the engineering and commercial teams, and support the company's U.S. launch.
