Vertice AI Launches OPTIMIZE Marketing Tool for Financial Institutions
Vertice AI has launched Vertice OPTIMIZE, a new module that links growth goals at community financial institutions to marketing execution.
The tool takes objectives such as increasing auto loans, growing deposits, improving retention, or deepening account holder relationships, then builds a campaign calendar based on those goals. It selects audiences using account level propensity scores and creates personalized content designed to meet compliance requirements.
OPTIMIZE combines predictive models, mathematical optimization, and generative AI in one workflow. It determines which campaigns to run, when to launch them, and which account holders should receive each message, while factoring in customer fatigue, channel capacity, campaign saturation, and compliance needs.
The company stated that marketers can review the recommended strategy and approve a quarterly campaign plan for launch, reducing manual work in audience building, content creation, and campaign scheduling.
