USD.AI Provides $98.1 Million Financing for Duos Edge AI GPU Deployment Managed by Hydra Host
In a press release, USD.AI announced it has provided $98.1 million in asset-backed debt financing to support the deployment of 2,304 NVIDIA B300 GPUs. The infrastructure will be operated by Duos Edge AI, a subsidiary of Duos Technologies Group, Inc., and managed by Hydra Host through its Brokkr AI Factory Operating System.
The financing facility is structured as a three-year, non-recourse, non-dilutive agreement secured by the GPU infrastructure and associated offtake contracts. This arrangement isolates risk from Duos Technologies’ corporate balance sheet while providing capital for expanding AI infrastructure.
Hydra Host will oversee GPU-as-a-Service operations and workload distribution through its Brokkr platform, connecting the deployed infrastructure to enterprise AI demand across its global data center network. The GPUs will be housed in Duos Edge AI’s modular Edge Data Center, designed to deliver more than 100 kW per cabinet with rapid deployment timelines.
The collaboration aligns physical infrastructure deployment, GPU workload management, and dedicated financing into a vertically integrated model intended to scale AI compute capacity efficiently.
