UbiSim Adds AI Narrative Analysis to Streamline Nursing Education
UbiSim announced in a press release the launch of AI Narrative Analysis, a new artificial intelligence feature designed to help nursing educators analyze simulation data more efficiently. The tool is part of UbiSim Version 1.19 and aims to reduce faculty data review time by up to 90% while improving the quality of learner feedback.
The AI Narrative Analysis processes information from simulation sessions, including action logs, quizzes, timing metrics, and decision points, and turns them into concise insights. Educators can now review performance summaries in minutes instead of tens of minutes, allowing more time for debriefing and discussion. The system identifies key performance trends and gaps categorized under NCLEX Client Needs, supporting both individual and cohort-level analysis.
According to UbiSim, the feature provides learners with personalized feedback that encourages reflection and skill development. The company is also developing AI-supported patient conversation tools that will enable realistic, customizable interactions for future training modules.
Version 1.19 additionally introduces two new simulation scenarios—Room of Errors and Deep Vein Thrombosis—along with visual and functional enhancements for more lifelike practice sessions. These updates are part of UbiSim’s broader effort to integrate AI into its immersive virtual reality platform for nursing education.
