UWorld Adds AI Exam Proctoring to Nursing Platform
UWorld announced in a press release that it added automated remote proctoring from Respondus to its Nursing Learning Platform. The integration lets educators administer monitored assignments and assessments without scheduling live proctors.
Respondus Monitor records exam sessions through a webcam and microphone, then uses AI analysis to flag possible irregularities for faculty review. It works with Respondus LockDown Browser, which restricts access to unauthorized websites and applications during an assessment. The tools also support identity verification and checks of the testing environment.
Nursing programs can connect an eligible institutional Respondus Monitor license or offer students unlimited proctoring within one UWorld course. Students access assessments through the UWorld platform, though they may need to install Respondus LockDown Browser.
