Ubie Smart Support Qualifies on Mayo Clinic Platform
Ubie announced in a press release that Smart Support is now a qualified solution on Mayo Clinic Platform. The patient access tool uses clinical reasoning to assess, route, and resolve interactions across phone calls, web chat, and patient portal messages.
Smart Support determines urgency, specialty, and visit type during intake before a patient is routed or scheduled. Ubie said the system was developed in collaboration with Mayo Clinic Platform and applies clinical assessment based on protocols at the first patient interaction.
The qualification process evaluated the tool's intended use, proposed value, and clinical and algorithmic performance. Smart Support is now available to US health systems with centralized patient access teams that handle more than 500,000 calls each year.
Ubie said each deployment begins with one high volume workflow, such as contact center intake, patient portal message routing, or specialty referrals.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
