Truecaller has launched adVantage, an AI-powered recommendation engine aimed at transforming business engagement strategies, announced in a press release. The platform leverages a centralized intelligence hub that continuously learns from user interactions to deliver personalized, privacy-safe experiences.

adVantage is designed to work across various enterprise-grade solutions, including Business Messaging and contextual advertising. It uses real-time behavioral intelligence and advanced recommendation models to provide businesses with actionable insights, helping them reach the right audiences and unlock new revenue opportunities.

The platform consists of three modules: Discover, Engage, and Perform. These modules automatically adjust to expand audience reach, boost mid-funnel performance, and drive key outcomes such as lead generation and app installs. During its pilot phase, adVantage demonstrated significant performance gains, including a 50% lift in click-through rates and reaching over 200 million users.

Truecaller's CEO, Rishit Jhunjhunwala, emphasized the importance of relevance in today's market, stating that adVantage aims to provide value through every interaction by understanding users' unique needs. The platform is now being rolled out for additional use cases following successful testing within Truecaller's ads business.
