Threekit launches conversational AI platform for complex product quotes

Threekit announced in a press release the launch of Threekit AI-Native CPQ, a configure, price and quote platform for manufacturers and business sellers. The system lets sales representatives, dealers and customers describe their requirements through a conversational interface.

The platform can process specifications, photos, voice notes, requests for proposals and project descriptions. It performs a needs analysis, recommends a product configuration and checks the result against the manufacturer's catalog, pricing and business rules.

Manufacturers can also add the software to their websites through an AI sales agent. Website visitors can use the agent to identify suitable products, configure them and prepare a quote.
