Tenant Inc. Integrates StoragePilot AI Tools into Hummingbird PMS

Tenant Inc. has integrated StoragePilot's AI platform into its Hummingbird property management system through the Nectar API, enabling self-storage operators to access AI call handling, chat support, and competitor rate intelligence directly within their workflow.

Tenant Inc. announced in a press release the integration of StoragePilot's AI platform with its Hummingbird property management system. The connection, built through Tenant Inc.'s Nectar API, gives operators access to StoragePilot’s full suite of AI tools directly linked to their Hummingbird data.

The integration enables continuous call and chat handling, competitor rate intelligence, and analytics for self-storage operators. StoragePilot’s AI Property Manager manages inbound communications around the clock, while the AI District Manager supports multi-site coordination and performance monitoring. Its AI Revenue Management tool delivers daily competitor pricing and rate recommendations with estimated net operating income impact.

Tenant Inc. stated that the open Nectar API allows developers to build new features on its platform, expanding capabilities for operators without requiring workflow changes. StoragePilot’s tools are now available to all Hummingbird PMS users.
