The collaboration combines TELUS Digital's engineering and contact center expertise with Cresta's AI platform to improve customer interactions for global enterprises.

TELUS Digital and Cresta have entered a partnership to deliver AI agents and enhance human agent performance in customer experience operations, announced in a press release.

Under the agreement, TELUS Digital will introduce Cresta's customer experience AI platform to enterprise clients and act as a preferred implementation partner. Enterprises adopting the platform will contract directly with Cresta, while TELUS Digital will manage implementation, integration, change management, and related professional services.

TELUS Digital will deploy and optimize Cresta's AI platform, which supports voice and chat-based AI agents, human augmentation in real time, and conversation intelligence. The collaboration combines TELUS Digital's operational experience with Cresta's AI system to create a continuous feedback loop that refines customer interactions.

TELUS Digital engineers will work alongside human agents to adjust AI systems for each client's communication style and policies, ensuring that the AI tools align closely with real customer conversations.
