Teknor Apex Joins OSS Ventures’ €75M Industrial Software Fund

Teknor Apex Company has joined OSS Ventures as a founding partner in a €75 million fund to scale industrial software across North America and Europe, marking OSS Ventures' expansion into the United States.

Teknor Apex Company has joined OSS Ventures as a founding partner in a €75 million investment fund to expand industrial software adoption across North America and Europe, announced in a press release.

OSS Ventures, a venture studio based in Paris and Boston, focuses on building AI software for industrial operations. With the opening of its Boston office, Teknor Apex becomes the first United States manufacturer to both invest in and deploy OSS Ventures’ portfolio software at scale.

Teknor Apex has already implemented three OSS Ventures portfolio tools across its Rhode Island and Tennessee facilities. Oplit has been used to reduce changeovers and improve yield, Fabriq has supported continuous improvement initiatives, and Mercateam has provided workforce training and skill development.

Other founding partners in the fund include DECATHLON PULSE and Peugeot Family Group. Teknor Apex will serve as OSS Ventures’ regional industrial anchor partner as the firm expands its software operations across the manufacturing sector.
