TCS Acquires ListEngage to Expand Salesforce and AI Capabilities

Tata Consultancy Services has acquired Salesforce consultancy ListEngage for $72.8 million, adding over 100 employees and 400 Salesforce certifications to strengthen its AI and automation capabilities.

Tata Consultancy Services has agreed to acquire ListEngage, a Salesforce consultancy, for $72.8 million, announced in a press release. The deal, made public on October 9, 2025, gives TCS full ownership of the company.

ListEngage provides Salesforce-focused services across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and CRM implementations. The firm operates fully remotely and employs over 100 professionals holding more than 400 Salesforce certifications.

The acquisition strengthens TCS’s Salesforce practice and its focus on AI and intelligent automation. Founded in 2003, ListEngage has expanded its expertise across multiple Salesforce disciplines and will now integrate its capabilities within TCS’s global operations.
