SYNERGEN Health Partners with Lighthouse Lab Services to Expand AI-Driven Revenue Cycle Management for Labs
SYNERGEN Health has announced a strategic collaboration with Lighthouse Lab Services to expand its reach in the laboratory market, announced in a press release. The partnership combines SYNERGEN Health’s AI-driven revenue cycle management (RCM) platform with Lighthouse’s consulting and management expertise for medical laboratories.
The integrated offering provides laboratories with optimized workflows, analytics dashboards, and dedicated client support to improve collections and reduce claim denials. According to SYNERGEN Health, the collaboration aims to help both independent and hospital-based labs strengthen financial performance amid increasing payer complexity.
Lighthouse clients will gain access to SYNERGEN’s lab-tailored RCM solutions, designed to automate and streamline billing operations through AI-enabled tools and data insights, enhancing overall revenue management efficiency.
