The platform addresses the gap in mental health services by providing a directory of clinics, therapists, retreat centers, and digital health services. It also offers educational content to prepare patients in the pre-treatment phase through evidence-based information, peer support, and suitability assessments.

States of Mind integrates pre-screening tools like PHQ-9 and GAD-7 with comprehensive evaluations to guide patients to appropriate therapies for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD. The platform ensures privacy-compliant workflows that meet clinical standards.
