Somnigroup International has acquired a 15.6% equity interest in Fullpower-AI with a $25 million investment, announced in a press release. This strategic move strengthens their long-term partnership, which began in 2019, focusing on AI-driven sleep monitoring technology.

As part of the agreement, Tempur Sealy International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Somnigroup, has secured a multi-year extension through 2036 for exclusive rights to integrate Fullpower's Sleeptracker technology into its products. This ensures continued access to advanced AI sleep platforms, enhancing consumer sleep insights and coaching globally.

The investment and extended partnership aim to deepen Tempur Sealy's understanding of consumer behaviors through aggregated sleep data, allowing for more targeted product solutions.
