Skymizer Introduces HyperThought AI Accelerator

Skymizer has launched HyperThought, a next-generation AI accelerator IP, designed to enhance real-time, multimodal, and agent-based AI applications, announced in a press release.

Skymizer has launched its latest AI accelerator IP, HyperThought, designed to meet the increasing demands of real-time, multimodal, and agent-based AI applications. Announced in a press release, HyperThought is built on Skymizer's Language Instruction Set Architecture (LISA) v3, which supports multimodal processing and concurrent multi-model execution.

HyperThought offers a fully integrable subsystem that allows System on Chip (SoC) teams to design and deploy custom AI silicon tailored to their specific applications. This new platform is engineered to deliver high efficiency in compute, memory, and bandwidth, making it suitable for a wide range of edge AI deployments, from smart devices to autonomous systems.

The HyperThought platform includes a co-designed compiler-runtime stack that balances compute throughput with memory and bandwidth constraints. It also supports persistent, goal-driven agents capable of interactive and contextual reasoning across tasks, enhancing the capabilities of edge AI.

Skymizer will showcase HyperThought at COMPUTEX Taipei from May 20-23, 2025, where attendees can experience its capabilities and learn about integration best practices.
