Skillwell Launches AI-Powered Simulation Platform After Rebrand from ETU

ETU has rebranded as Skillwell and introduced Skillwell Simulate, an AI-driven simulation platform designed to deliver personalized, role-based learning experiences and measurable skill development for large organizations.

Skillwell, formerly known as ETU, has introduced an AI-powered simulation platform called Skillwell Simulate following its rebrand, announced in a press release. The platform is designed to help Fortune 1000 companies accelerate skill development through personalized, real-world learning experiences tailored to each employee's role.

Skillwell Simulate uses AI to generate adaptive training simulations within minutes, allowing organizations to measure and close skill gaps more effectively. The company reports that customers have seen a 20–50% increase in skills mastery through its immersive learning approach.

Merck has used Skillwell’s platform to enhance compliance training, achieving a 21% improvement in performance scores, a fifteenfold increase in training deployment speed, and a 97% reduction in simulated errors. Skillwell Simulate will be showcased at DevLearn 2025 in Las Vegas.
