
SimonMed Imaging Partners with Lunit for AI Breast Cancer Detection
SimonMed Imaging has partnered with Lunit to enhance breast cancer detection using advanced AI technology, announced in a press release. This collaboration will integrate Lunit INSIGHT DBT, combined with Volpara Analytics, into SimonMed's Personalized Breast Cancer Detection service across its network of over 170 centers in the United States.
The AI solution, trained on millions of images, is designed to detect subtle signs of breast cancer, improving both sensitivity and specificity. This integration aims to provide patients with a precise, personalized, and data-driven screening experience, supported by SimonMed's team of over 200 subspecialty-trained radiologists.
