Signal AI Secures $165 Million Investment Led by Battery Ventures
Signal AI has announced a $165 million investment round led by Battery Ventures, a global technology-focused investment firm, announced in a press release. Founded in 2013, Signal AI specializes in AI-driven risk and reputation intelligence, serving over 650 enterprises worldwide, including major brands like Diageo, NetApp, and Volvo.
The investment will enable Signal AI to accelerate its product development and expand its presence across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The company plans to enhance its AI-powered platform, which helps organizations detect and manage risks by analyzing vast amounts of data from various sources, including news, social media, and regulatory updates.
Battery Ventures will hold a majority stake in Signal AI and support its growth strategy, which includes strategic mergers and acquisitions to deepen data collection and AI research. Existing investors Highland Europe, Mercuri, and MMC Ventures will retain minority positions in the company.
