Sentra Integrates with Microsoft Purview and JupiterOne for Enhanced Data Security
Sentra has announced new integrations with Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MPIP) and JupiterOne to enhance data security and governance across multi-cloud environments, announced in a press release. These integrations aim to provide organizations with advanced tools for data classification, sensitivity labeling, and risk mitigation.
The integration with MPIP combines traditional and AI-powered methods to improve Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Microsoft 365, allowing for more accurate identification of sensitive data. This collaboration enhances data security within SharePoint, OneDrive, and across an organization's entire data estate. Sentra's platform is also part of the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program, which aims to expand market reach and strengthen cloud-native data security solutions for Microsoft's enterprise customers.
Sentra's partnership with JupiterOne focuses on providing deeper visibility into data risks by correlating data security findings with JupiterOne's cyber asset intelligence. This integration allows security teams to efficiently identify misconfigurations, excessive permissions, and data exposure risks, enabling more effective threat mitigation. The joint solution offers a comprehensive security posture by covering both infrastructure and data security risks.
