Studt's previous role was at Qualtrics, where he served as Vice President of Marketing and General Manager of Product-Led Growth. At Sendbird, he will focus on solidifying the company's position in the agentic AI customer experience market by introducing Sendbird's Omnipresent AI solution to new markets and amplifying case studies that demonstrate tangible business impacts.

Kim, co-founder and CEO of Sendbird, highlighted Studt's role as essential in cementing Sendbird's leadership as companies transition from traditional customer support models to AI-powered conversations. Studt's appointment follows Sendbird's release of Omnipresent AI, an AI-powered omnichannel agent designed to shift customer support from reactive to proactive engagement.
