Praxis Solutions has appointed John F. Sweeney as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding founder Bill Dwyer. Sweeney, who has been with the company since 2024, will lead its AI-driven growth strategy.

Praxis Solutions has appointed John F. Sweeney as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding founder Bill Dwyer, who will now serve as Executive Chair and CEO of Praxis' Anchor Advisory business unit. This change was announced in a press release.

Sweeney, who has been with Praxis as President since 2024, will oversee the company's day-to-day operations and guide its growth strategy. His expertise in technology, particularly in blockchain, AI, and digital infrastructure, along with his extensive experience in wealth and asset management, positions him well to lead Praxis through its next phase.

Under Sweeney's leadership, Praxis aims to continue developing custom AI agents that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making across various business areas, including sales enablement, investment research, and compliance. Bill Dwyer will continue to support strategic initiatives and growth planning while leading the Anchor Advisory unit.
