SAP has introduced new AI-driven solutions at its annual Sapphire conference, aiming to enhance enterprise productivity by up to 30%. The company announced the expansion of its generative AI assistant, Joule, which now offers personalized answers and insights across various business applications. Joule's capabilities are further enhanced through a collaboration with Perplexity, allowing it to provide structured, visual answers based on real-time business data.

SAP also revealed an expanded library of Joule Agents designed to reimagine business processes and workflows. These AI agents operate across different systems and business lines, enabling organizations to remain agile in a rapidly changing environment. Additionally, SAP introduced an AI development operating system, AI Foundation, which provides a unified platform for building and scaling custom AI solutions.

In partnership with Palantir, SAP aims to facilitate cloud migration and modernization for joint customers. This collaboration will enable seamless connectivity between Palantir and SAP Business Data Cloud, helping customers build a harmonized data foundation across their enterprise landscape.
