Riskonnect Finds Fewer Than Half of Companies Train Staff to Evaluate AI Outputs
Riskonnect said in a press release that 46% of organizations train employees to decide which AI outputs to trust or challenge. Its 2026 New Generation of Risk Report surveyed more than 250 risk, compliance and resilience professionals worldwide.
The survey found that 72% of organizations have policies governing employee AI use, up from 58% in 2025. However, 54% have clear rules covering which AI tools employees can use and how they can use them. While 66% provide training on AI oversight roles and responsibilities, 35% train employees to interpret and act on AI insights.
Only 17% of respondents said their organizations were very prepared to manage AI and AI governance risks. Among companies considering agentic AI products, 58% had not assessed the risks. Meanwhile, 74% of risk leaders use or plan to use AI for risk management, compared with 70% in 2025 and 62% in 2024.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
