Remote Reports 300 Percent Payroll Growth and Expands Global Employment Infrastructure Access
In a press release, Remote reported over 300 percent growth in its payroll business year over year, surpassing 300 million dollars in annual recurring revenue and becoming cash flow positive. The company said it now serves tens of thousands of organizations, including Anthropic, KFC, and Datadog, through its Global Payroll, Employer of Record, and Contractor Management services.
Remote stated that leading HR platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, and Personio use its infrastructure to power their global employment capabilities. The company operates more than 100 owned legal entities worldwide and processes billions in payroll annually.
Remote is also expanding access to its employment infrastructure with new tools. The Remote MCP product allows AI agents to securely connect to payroll, contracts, compliance data, and organizational structures without needing API keys or custom integrations. Remote Build offers customized support for companies implementing the platform.
According to CEO Job van der Voort, Remote’s goal is to make global employment compliant and accurate across all countries while opening its infrastructure to partners and developers through remote.com/remote-mcp.
