
Reejig Appoints Leaders to Boost U.S. Expansion
Reejig has announced the appointment of two industry leaders to accelerate its expansion in the U.S. and strengthen its AI-powered workforce infrastructure. In a press release, Reejig introduced Deborah Yates as CPO Advisor and Gordon Ritchie as Work Ontology Architect.
Deborah Yates, a seasoned HR professional with experience at KPMG, Reckitt, and Lendlease, will join Reejig's advisory board. Her role will focus on guiding responsible workforce transformation and aligning talent strategies with evolving business needs. Yates expressed her commitment to leading discussions around responsible change while maintaining a bold impact.
Gordon Ritchie, with over 20 years of experience in skill development and analytics, will develop work intelligence solutions at Reejig. His previous role as Lead Product Manager for IBM Watson Talent equips him to enhance Reejig's Work Intelligence Platform, which aims to build AI-ready workforces by making work visible and aligning AI with enterprise needs.
