Reddit Will End RSS Feeds and Public API Access

Reddit will stop supporting RSS feeds on November 13 and close its public API by March 2027, according to TechCrunch. The company said RSS had become a common channel for large scale scraping and automated abuse.

The public API closure will affect social listening services, research tools, AI assistants, and other products that access Reddit conversations through software. AI companies seeking access after the closure will need commercial data agreements with Reddit.

Reddit recommends that moderators replace RSS alerts with its Discord Relay Devvit app before November 13. Developers of approved third party apps and bots must register them by January 12, 2027, or lose API access.

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
