Quantified Introduces AI Sales Coaching Platform for Life Sciences Teams
Quantified announced in a press release the launch of its new AI Sales Coaching Platform designed for life sciences commercial teams. The platform builds on Quantified's earlier AI Roleplay solution and expands it into a continuous coaching system that supports onboarding, field readiness, compliance, and performance improvement.
The platform integrates six AI agents that work together across different stages of the sales representative lifecycle. These include AI Roleplay for practice and preparation, AI Readiness Coach for personalized training, AI Authoring Agent for creating contextualized content, AI Field Coach for pre and post call guidance, AI Compliance Agent for regulatory adherence, and AI Insights Agent for performance tracking.
At the core of the system is Adaptive AI, a private model fine tuned for regulated commercial environments. It personalizes training and coaching based on each representative's role, proficiency, and business context. The model operates within a secure environment that meets compliance standards for global pharmaceutical companies.
Quantified reports that enterprise customers using the platform have achieved measurable improvements, including faster readiness and higher sales outcomes. The system is deployed across more than 30 enterprise clients, including ten of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies such as Novartis, Sanofi, and Johnson & Johnson.
