PrismHR Introduces Prism Intelligence and Prisma at LIVE 2026
PrismHR has introduced Prism Intelligence (Pi) and Prisma, its new AI foundation and embedded assistant, at the PrismHR LIVE 2026 event in Denver according to a press release. The company stated that Pi functions as an intelligence layer across its technology ecosystem, connecting workflows and providing automation and decision support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Prisma, the AI assistant, is integrated into the PrismHR platform and provides contextual support within user workflows. It offers real time insights, recommended actions, and task guidance to help users make faster and more informed decisions.
Pi powers several PrismHR modules, including Communication Hub for AI messaging and content creation, HR Compliance for regulatory guidance, Applicant Tracking for job description generation, and Onboarding for AI assisted workflow automation. It also supports Performance Management with AI guided feedback and Report Center with natural language queries for workforce data analysis.
The launch of Pi and Prisma marks a milestone for PrismHR following its 40th anniversary in 2025, as the company moves toward embedding AI capabilities across all areas of its HR technology platform.
