Priority Software Acquires Obol to Integrate AI Cash Flow Management into ERP Suite
Priority Software has acquired Obol, a financial technology company specializing in AI cash flow management, announced in a press release. The integration brings Obol’s AI cash flow platform into Priority’s cloud ERP system to expand its financial management capabilities.
The acquisition adds tools for cash forecasting, liquidity optimization, and automated reporting within a single ERP suite. Customers will gain real time visibility into their financial position and improved planning through seamless integration between the two systems.
Priority stated that the move supports its strategy of acquiring AI focused companies to enhance its ERP offering. Obol’s founders said joining Priority will allow them to scale their AI cash flow management platform globally. The combined solution will provide live data insights, working capital optimization, and access to Priority’s research and development pipeline for continuous AI improvements.
