April 28, 2026
Prezent has introduced Prezent Vivo, a new platform combining AI and human expertise to support communication across the full product lifecycle in life sciences. The company also appointed Francine Carrick as President of Prezent Vivo.

Prezent announced in a press release the launch of Prezent Vivo, a platform combining AI and domain experts to support communication across the entire life sciences product lifecycle. The company also named Francine Carrick, a veteran of medical communications, as President of Prezent Vivo.

Prezent Vivo expands the company’s offerings beyond presentations to include materials such as congress posters, brochures, data visualizations, and advisory board documents. The platform integrates Astrid AI, an agent designed for life sciences communication that aligns with regulatory and brand requirements, and human experts including medical writers and communications engineers who refine outputs for accuracy and compliance.

The solution offers three engagement models: a self-serve AI platform, an overnight presentation service, and fixed price projects for complex programs. Prezent states that clients have achieved 35 to 85 percent cost reductions compared to traditional agencies. For medical communications agencies, Prezent Vivo acts as an infrastructure partner to improve productivity by automating production tasks.

Carrick will lead commercial strategy and client partnerships, reporting to CEO and Co-Founder Rajat Mishra. The company serves over 150 life sciences organizations, including 45 of the top 50 biopharma firms.
