Patient Prism Launches AI Platform to Recover Lost Healthcare Revenue
Patient Prism has introduced its AI Revenue Activation platform to help healthcare providers increase patient access and recover lost revenue, announced in a press release. The software captures and analyzes patient interactions such as calls, messages, and online scheduling to identify missed opportunities and activate workflows that improve scheduling and revenue capture.
The platform provides actionable insights within 60 seconds of an interaction ending, offering performance evaluations across a 14-point framework. These include targeted coaching suggestions to improve empathy, engagement, and scheduling effectiveness. Patient Prism reports that its system enables practices to recoup 20 to 30 percent of lost revenue and increase new patient bookings by up to 40 percent in the first year.
In 2025, Heartland Dental used the platform to recover 60,000 patient opportunities, generating more than 72 million dollars in revenue. The platform is designed for both specialty practices and large health systems, allowing managers to monitor performance from organization-wide metrics down to individual staff levels.
