Parloa and Alvaria Partner to Deliver Proactive AI Customer Engagement
Parloa has announced a strategic partnership with Alvaria to deliver proactive and compliant customer engagement using AI agents, according to a press release.
The collaboration integrates Parloa's voice-focused AI agents with Alvaria's outbound orchestration platform. This allows enterprises to conduct proactive customer interactions while maintaining compliance with regulations such as the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Parloa's AI agents can handle high-volume conversations in more than 140 languages, while Alvaria manages pacing, list control, and channel sequencing.
Through this partnership, Parloa becomes the first AI provider to integrate with the Alvaria Intelligence Platform, which enables enterprises to embed their chosen AI tools within Alvaria's compliance framework. The solution is designed to meet the requirements of regulated sectors such as healthcare and finance.
The joint offering is now available to enterprise customers worldwide and supports the full lifecycle of AI agents, from design and testing to deployment and optimization.
